Ryad Al Mashhour
Engineering. Leadership. Community.

I’m an electrical engineer and facilities management leader with more than 18 years of experience across government and private sector portfolios in the UAE.

My work connects facilities, assets and people. From technical operations to integrated facilities management and engineering projects, I’ve learned that lasting performance depends on how well all three work together.

Beyond operations, I share my experience through speaking, professional content, training and industry dialogue. This is where my journey, ideas and professional community come together.
